Dynamic and people-powered, our Food and Beverage teams bring a fresh perspective to dining across our hotels. We understand what it takes to delight guests—whether they’re staying at a branded or independent hotel, attending a large conference, or celebrating at a wedding venue.

We develop and deliver a unique mix of concepts tailored to events such as conferences, weddings, and banqueting, alongside creating bespoke restaurant offerings in several of our hotels. This includes our Sourced. restaurants, which focus on fresh, locally inspired dishes in a stylish, relaxed setting.

Everything we do is grounded in delivering creative, commercially effective dining concepts that meet market demands, drive revenue, and deliver value.

Socially Conscious

Agility is our strength and we’re always adapting to changes in customer behaviour, whether that’s increasing vegan menu items, only offering in-season produce or committing to serving a local beer in all of our hotels by the end of 2022, we’re delivering a more conscious approach to Food & Beverage operations.

We’re all 'people’s people' and have excellent connections with our suppliers from a global to local level. We’re working closely with our networks to support local suppliers and working with our larger suppliers to start to develop micro-hubs, all helping to reduce our footprint.
