After several years in hotel operations, I moved into human resources in 2007.  I now use both my operational and HR experience to support our leaders as Director of People for Kew Green Hotels. 

My role is to lead the people strategy throughout the business and guide the people team to provide support to all hotels, currently over 50 within the UK; as well as supporting the Commercial Hub and Head Office central teams across four HR specialisms: Talent Resourcing, Talent Development, Payroll and HR support.

I am passionate about developing people in hospitality and I am committed to promoting the industry across all platforms as a fulfilling career option.

I am looking forward to collaborating with the IHG Owners Association People Committee to share best practices and continue to work towards making the hospitality industry a career of choice.
