John Breen
I began my career in the hospitality industry over 30 years ago, gaining valuable experience across various operational departments before specialising in Revenue Management in 1999. In 2001, I joined Marriott Hotels, where I spent 16 years leading revenue strategies for multiple properties and locations, from Bournemouth to Edinburgh. During this time, I had the privilege of managing and developing teams of up to 15 people and spearheading revenue strategy for the London Market.
In 2018, I joined Kew Green Hotels and have embraced the dynamic challenges of working within the managed hotel division. I've been deeply involved in integrating major brands such as Hilton, IHG, Marriott, Mercure, and independent properties into our portfolio. Additionally, I’ve worked to strengthen relationships with franchise partners and our growing owner base, extending my expertise internationally by supporting our hotels in Bangkok and mentoring the local Commercial team.
As Head of Commercial Analytics and Integrations, my role is to deliver insightful, brand-agnostic reporting and actionable strategies that drive performance across our portfolio. I’m passionate about fostering collaboration, developing efficient systems, and working alongside a talented team whose enthusiasm and commitment inspire me every day. Together, I’m confident we’ll continue to deliver outstanding results.
