As Director of Operations for Kew Green Hotels’ Managed Estate, I lead our General Managers to deliver exceptional operational performance, ensuring we exceed budgets, brand standards, and guest expectations. My focus is on driving excellence across our hotels, fostering a culture of high performance and outstanding service. 

With over 30 years in the hospitality industry, I’ve worked across independent hotels and major global brands, including IHG, Hilton, Accor, and Marriott. Before rejoining Kew Green Hotels, I was Director of Operations and Quality at Aimbridge, where I also led the Marriott brand partnership. My career began as a Trainee Manager with Concord Hotels, and I’ve since held General Manager roles with both Kew Green and Hilton.
