With 22 years in the industry, most of which I’ve spent at Kew Green Hotels, I’ve had the rewarding experience of growing from an on-property Revenue Manager to my current role as Director of Revenue and Customer Excellence for 41 hotels in our owned portfolio.
In 2022, I was awarded the prestigious IHG Commercial Impact Award, recognising exceptional contributions to commercial success, and have also been honoured with further recognitions as a finalist for the 2022 IHG Revenue Team of the Year and 2023 Owners Impact Awards.
I’m passionate about driving revenue and developing talent. One of my proudest achievements is revitalising and embedding Revenue School—a specialised training program—into the development framework for the Revenue Team. This program is designed to prepare aspiring Revenue Managers for outstanding careers, supporting growth within our team and across our hotels.
