As Director of Property, I oversee a wide array of refurbishment and development projects, which includes spearheading the implementation of our carbon reduction initiatives across our portfolio. 

I've worked within property management in hospitality since 1990, across a variety of portfolios including Southern Sun Hotel Group in my home country of South Africa as well as Thistle Hotels, D&D London, Aga Khan Development Network and GLH London. 

My approach to property management is broad and wide-reaching, working in partnership with owners to protect and enhance assets, with an emphasis on increased service delivery without risk to safety and welfare. 

In my dynamic career, I have previously been involved in collaborations with designers and project managers to carry out new opening projects in Cape Town, London and Leeds and worked with the Royal Protection units and Counter-Terrorism on multiple Royal visits.
