I’ve been in the hospitality industry for 37 years, working in a variety of roles, from chef and business owner to leading food development for major brands. Earlier in my career, I achieved Michelin Stars, and more recently, I played a key role in rebuilding Butlins’ food and beverage department and supply chain after its 2022 sale, with a focus on driving guest experience and revenue growth.
Before joining Kew Green Hotels, I was Senior Food Development Manager at Mitchells & Butlers and Head of Food & Beverage at Butlins, overseeing large-scale restaurant operations, menu innovation, and supplier management.
