With over 35 years in the hospitality industry, I’ve had the opportunity to work with some of the most renowned brands, including Hilton, Millennium & Copthorne, IHG, Radisson, DeVere, Village, and Accor, across the UK. My journey began at 13, working as a glass collector in a local pub, and over the years, I’ve progressed from operations into sales, taking on roles from MICE Executive at Copthorne Manchester to leadership positions such as Director of Sales and Head of Sales at Accor Hotels and Klarent Hospitality.

What has always driven me is my love for people. I thrive on meeting new people, maintaining long-term relationships, and continuing connections with colleagues and clients from my early days in the industry. Despite all the advancements in technology and systems, the essence of our work is simple – it’s about building relationships. That’s what makes our business so fulfilling.

At Kew Green Hotels, I’m focused on driving growth and success by strengthening these relationships, both with guests and partners. I work closely with our team to craft strategies that foster meaningful connections and deliver results. As we continue to expand and evolve, I am dedicated to driving business forward at Kew Green, ensuring we deliver exceptional service while embracing new opportunities and challenges in the hospitality industry.
