We are COVID-Secure

We are fully compliant with the government’s guidance on managing the risk of COVID-19. We regularly review and update our procedures, following the latest UK Government's advice, to ensure the safety and security of our guests and team members. 

COVID-19 FIVE STEPS TO SAFER WORKING TOGETHER 

  1. We have carried out a COVID-19 risk assessment and shared the results with the people who work here 
  2. We have cleaning, handwashing and hygiene procedures in line with guidance 
  3. We have taken all reasonable steps to help people work safely from a COVID-19 Secure workplace or work from home 
  4. We have taken all reasonable steps to maintain a 2m distance in the workplace. Where people cannot keep 2m apart we have ensured at least a 1m distance and taken all the mitigating actions possible to manage transmission risk 
  5. We have taken all reasonable steps to provide adequate ventilation in enclosed spaces

Changes to our bedrooms

We’ve also made changes to our bedrooms to enhance our safety procedures, these include:

  • Decluttering bedrooms and keeping things minimal in order to minimise cross-contamination
  • Tea and coffee making facilities will still be provided but will be individually wrapped
  • Disposable cups will be provided in rooms and mugs will be thoroughly cleaned and sealed on arrival
  • Contactless food ordering via our Tabletop app. This can be accessed using the QR code provided in your room or at your table if dining in our restaurant, open lobby or outdoor spaces
  • We have a wide range of newspapers and magazines available via our online channel

  • Regular cleaning procedures in high touchpoint areas
  • Room layouts designed to keep your delegates at a recommended safe distance from others
  • Hand sanitising stations throughout the hotel and in the meeting rooms
  • Revised lunch and refreshment offering ensuring your delegates are kept satisfied yet safe throughout their visit
